MACFRUT 2016 will host the next European short course on fresh-cut products. The eighth edition of the European short course on the “Quality & Safety of Fresh-cut Produce” will be held from 14 to 16 September 2016 in the exhibition spaces of the Fiera di Rimini during the next Macfrut 2016. Organized by the University of Foggia in collaboration with Macfrut and DARe-Puglia.
The program, addressed especially to operators in the agri-food sector of fresh and processed fruit and vegetables, will also attract the attention of researchers and professionals, food technologists and those in charge of quality and new product development. The course is also useful for R&D representatives, students, institutions, food companies and suppliers (packaging, plant materials and equipment).
